Question: Pages template
How could I make a lease template on pages? Or is there a template for a lease and I just can’t find it?

Apple does not include a template for every occasion. You can create your own lease document using placeholder text for fill in content, and then save it as a template. Otherwise, templates for MS Word can be opened in Pages, altered to your need, and then saved as a template.
You can perform a Google search: MS Word templates lease agreement
and one of the top hits is a site that lets you create a lease agreement and download it (presumably as a Word docx).
