Does iPhone SE have a notification, tone and vibration when it is looking for cellular service. Currently service provider is down. I keep get a tone and vibration alert. Is this just to let me known it is still searching for service? Internet is working properly.

I already know, that the service provider has a major problem, so doing all, that, which was suggested, does nothing to answer my question. My question was, "Does the iPhone emit a tone and vibration notification, indicating the phone is trying to locate my service provider, or is this an indicator, for another problem." My iPhone Se has never done this before.
