How do I move my iTunes library to another drive on my computer?

My library is constantly growing, and I want to move it to this empty drive I have on my computer, but I don't wanna risk making iTunes unable to locate everything I have in my library, how do I do it?

Drag it there, launch iTunes with the Shift key held down, and choose that library.
