Perhaps Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support will provide you with an appropriate telephone number.
I would use the "Get Started" link located at the bottom of the Support Article, which states:
"Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution. Connect by phone, chat, email, and more."

My issue is I requested refund, but Itunes deny it. I have to make a further appeal to do the refund. I belive talkto real person would help me to get refund.
