Apple payment method
I am unable to add my card as payment method to purchase app from the store. I am getting “your payment method was declined...”

A “payment declined” or “Payment Method declined" message means that the issuer of the credit or debit card you have on file in your iTunes account rejected a charge or account confirmation.
