Google Drive update keeps asking permissions

Hello!

I updated Google Drive to the latest version, the previous one worked on Apple MBP M1 (finally!) but the update keeps asking for permissions, than reboot, than asking for permission (Gatekeeper).

It asks for permissions with two different pop ups, one from the OS and one from Google Drive.

I'm in an infinite reboot loop.

I tried to give permissions manually and Google Drive app has all the right permissions.

I already lowered the system protection level (booting in recovery mode) so I can install third party apps.

What else can I try?
