iPhone 8 screen is flickering

I have an iPhone 8 - and the screen is working but all images flicker wildly up/down so I'm believing its a HW problem and not a SW issue ... is it just dying and I need to exchange it for new ?

What's the % value here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity
