My iPad was disabled but I forgot my Apple ID and password

You’ll need to recover your Apple ID and password first at: link-> If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

Then restore the iPad following the steps here: link-> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Once the restore is complete, you will need to enter your Apple ID password to access the iPad again.
