Activation for blocking messages from certain people in my contacts is saying block activated when it is has not activated but still able to receive phone calls but not doing it to iPhone users just anyone that is not using iPhone

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like some contacts are blocking you, but they are still sending you messages. When a contact is blocked, they are still able to message or call you, but you would not be able to message and call them. There is not a way for you to remove yourself from their blocked list.
