Hello, My name is Brendon. I havent heard anything on my Activation Lock case. How much longer until i get my phone issue taken care of?

Please note that almost nobody posting here works for Apple, we're just users like you, trying to help others. All I know is others have reported a week or more, but this service was introduced recently and may be flooded with requests. If Apple did not provide a link for checking tthe status of your request then all you can do is contact Apple using the general support link and see if anybody there can provide you with information. https://getsupport.apple.com/
