Is there a way to change the Music Highlight Colour Red to a Custom/Less invasive Color?
The Red looks like there's Errors all over the App when using White Mode, looks worse when looking at a list with a selected song.

It seems to work for me here.
Or perhaps there is an issue elsewhere in Music and I've misunderstood. Either way you might want to use Product Feedback - Apple to let Apple know where they can improve things.

Yeah . . . but no. That will change the highlight color in general, but selecting songs in Music will not change—it's a horrible red that, for me (a colorblind person) makes it impossible to deal with.

What version of macOS are you running? I've been able to set the highlight colour to blue, for example, on my M1 MacBook Air following Erica's suggestion. There are a few icons in the sidebar that remain red, but overall the change is quite effective.

It's Big Sur. 11.4. I change highlighting text, but I can't change highlighting songs or lists of songs. Some websites behave this way, too, and it's very problematic for the colorblind. We need to be able to set things the way we need to set them so that we can see them!
