BTinternet account not working post a password change
Hi, I have previously had problems with BTinternet accounts on iPad & iPhones but they got resolved. Unfortunately I can't remember how. I have now had to change my password and can't get my account to work. I have checked the email settings for the servers but this doesnt solve the problem. I have deleted and re-set up my accounts. I have tried to set up on another device. I have checked that the password is correct by logging in on my laptop. I really dont know what to do next. Any ideas?
