I can't login to icloud on my iphone 6s plus

I can't log in to icloud in my iphone but when I try using safari it worked but whenever I use my iphone it says "can't sign into icloud" I don't know what the problem is? I've my apple id already and I've logged in but it's only icloud that's remaining..pls someone tell me what to do thanks.
