People using facetime when i do Not !

Can i block or mute these because i’m getting location maps from two contacts who are on my friends lists who i asked to stop using facetime they use wifi calling I have turned all my facetime off and i use mobile data

Location maps show my email icloud address and their location in other words can they monitor my locations.Or hear my calls I found one with linked contact so what’s is going on if NOTHING then i am mixed up and don’t understand this and have had contacts in my family robbed a police matter but is this a way into my iphone 8 Plus?
