I bought the blue IPhone 12 3 months ago and now I wish to return it or at least change its color. I bought the blue one I would like the red one. Is it possible for apple to replace it. It’s in great condition or can I return it and get a refund with charges?

Not now, no. The return window is 14 days from purchase. I suppose you could trade it in against purchase of a new one but you'll lose money. Why not just get a red case for it?
