Is it possible to disable ambient light sensor yet?

If not (as of April 2021) this watch is going back to Costco. I have had it for 3 days. Also ECG not even an option on it after pairing and unpairing twice. My husband had one a year ago that ECG worked fine. I am visually impaired. I guess their products geared towards a different generation than mine.
