Did you cancel the subscription, then request a refund that was denied? If you didn’t do that yet go here→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support where you can do both.

I'm not sure why you were trying it if you had no intention of buying it but when you did so you should have received information from the developer laying out the terms for testing it, the cost of a subscription, etc. If the term was 3 days and you deleted the app/cancelled the subscription on day 4 you were past the trial period.
You can call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to Customer Service and see if you can get a one time waiver of the policy.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. So click on the link that I posted, then use the links on that page to cancel the subscription and then to request a refund.
Ok I went to subscriptions and I did not see a button to cancel so I’m assuming I canceled it when I deleted app. It did ask me if I wanted to cancel when I deleted the app and I said yes.
That’s good; if it doesn’t have a Cancel button and only offers renewal options it has been canceled. If you were charged you can request a refund with the link on that page.
Sorry I’m not following when you said I can request refund on that page. What page are you referring too? My first rodeo doing this 😊
I have tried several times but it keeps saying you are not eligible for any refunds. I tried right now again. Am I missing something?
You may have cancelled after the trial period ended. Was it 3 days?
