Iphone SE frozen on safari

hello! i was using safari when it froze mid search. i restarted the app by doubling clicking home and sliding it. when i reopened it, it was still on my previous search, and wasnt clicking or scrolling, so i redid the app and then it froze. at first i could close my screen then when i tried again to try an turn off my phone, nothing. my phone is stuck open on safari. my home button and power buttons do nothing, force restart doesn’t work either, and tapping the screen does nothing. only things working are volume, charger and i can swipe to my notifs and my bottom screen for brightness and such, cant switch apps by clicking a notif, siri activates but doesent work. only thing i can think of is to let my phone die and hope for the best.
