Login page

Hi everyone, I'm from Italy and I've just bought a MacBook Air with Apple M1 chip.

I've noticed that, in the login page, the time is set on the West Coast, even though this problem doesn't appear on the desktop time.

Does anyone know how to solve this bug?

Moreover, how can I change the login page background?

Changing time (time zone) Why is this so difficult now? Recently got a new MBPro, OS Ventura 13.0.1. Now I'm traveling in a different time zone. Time in upper right of menu not adjusting. In previous OS, this would take 5 seconds, you could click the time and set the zone, a couple of clicks. Ok but now......I am down the rabbit hole in System Settings, Location Services, clicking switches on and off repeatedly in different windows, and nothing updates. I have set all the appropriate toggle switches on and off, it's a dizzying journey that is not even remotely intuitive. And I am FOLLOWING APPLE'S INSTRUCTIONS. Nothing works. Why does Apple make things MORE DIFFICULT? Can anyone explain clearly in under three simple steps how to update my time zone? This should literally be a no brainer, but none of their instructions have any effect. Utterly ridiculous wasting time on such a trivial detail.
