Just want to correct myself.

You can actually use the MagSafe Carmount while using the Lightning cable.

However, I doubt where it then charges from. But suppose the iPhone finds out for itself.

Sorry, I read that you would connect to CarPlay WITH a MagSafe cable, which is not possible.
