I like to redeem my give card to my bank account

Apple gift cards have to be used with Apple, only under very limited conditions can you get a cash value for them.

"About unused Apple ID balance

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows for refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support [ https://support.apple.com/contact ] to request a refund."

And the document: Add money to Apple Cash https://support.apple.com/HT207881 says:

"You can't add money from a gift card, even if it's already in Wallet."
