How do I get into an iPad I haven’t used in awhile? I reset my Apple ID and it still doesn’t like it
How are you trying to get into it? What problems are you encountering exactly?

It asks for me to sign in to iCloud. It’s not connected to WiFi but I can’t get past the sign in to get to the WiFi or to anything
I reset the password but it just keeps asking for the password despite entering the correct password
It won’t be able to validate or even tell you reset password if no way to connect and communicate with Apple servers. Plug it into a computer as it may use its WiFi for the iPad.
I just did that and didn’t get anywhere
Have you tried to factory restore? I would put in recovery mode and choose update first
