Forced app download to obtain e-mail
Why did my iphone force me to get an app for microsoft outlook- that I did not want?
Not knowing what it was that you saw on the screen when you were trying to get mail, it is hard to say. I'm not aware of anything that would cause you to have to download Outlook to get mail, the native Mail app on the iPhone will handle any mail account. Is this a work device that is managed by your employer? What exactly happened on the phone that had you see that you had to download Outlook? Can you please be specific.
