P.S. THE GUY AT APPLE'S SERVICE CENTER REFUSED TO TAKE IT BY CALLING IT A PHYSICAL DAMAGE, EVEN WITHOUT PASSING IT ON TO A TECHNICAL TEAM FOR EVALUATION.

HOW DOES THE APPLE DEAL WITH THE PRODUCTS HAVING DENTS, BUT HAVE MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT.
