Question: My macbook screen is stuck and off.

I am contacting from Thailand , On my MacBook, the screen goes off and on. It has been three times Not working at all I did not drop or hit it. But the insurance has expired And of course I believe it is not my fault but it is your product responsibility.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2
