Son cannot be able to dial any other number from the Iphone. Son Iphone can receive calls from Mom and Dad. Incoming phone calls from other numbers will be automatically rejected or discarded without user intervension. This feature needs to be protected with a password, that means son cannot edit contacts allowed to receive/send calls, only dad or mom can do it. Thanks
