Apple have stated that online ordering will be possible from April 30th, with deliveries expected during the second-half of May - however, availability is likely to vary by region.
Be aware that Apple will not ship internationally - restricting shipment to the region in which it is purchased. For Israel, you will need to check with your regional Apple Store.
