hi , i cant reset my security question and i know the answers but it dosnt allow my to enter or reset my questions

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

Solution to the forgotten Apple ID security questions

If the answers don't match for respective three questions the questions can't be reset , even you knew all three answers and questions .
