turn off sleep schedules ios and watch os

My phone requires me to set a sleep schedule and my watch makes me turn the crown to look at the watch. I am retired and I go to bed when I want, wake up when I want and take a nap when I feel like it. I take care of my own sleep, I do not need anyone (or phone) to tell me or force me to do other than I desire.

The last few weeks I was not getting some calls, so I reset my phone (iphone 12, latest OS), now the calls come through, however the alarm thing cropped up. How do I get this setting turned off? Thanks.

If you go into your clock app, there is a tab at the bottom with the icon of a bed. In that menu, you have all the settings for sleep scheduling and the option to turn the feature off altogether.
