Good afternoon! I can’t update my iPhone. There is a text “to resume download” and the time stops. It happens all the time when I want to update it. What should I do? Help me, please. As soon as possible.

A Wifi network connection with internet access (not a personal hotspot) is MANDATORY to perform an update procedure.
