I can help you with this issue. This is not an unusual complaint. Web site engineers write their software to work with specific browsers and specific versions of them. For some reason, they often choose to not be compliant with Safari. What results is that there are different versions of Safari out there and some are able to work with your site and others are not. For example, maybe the latest version of Safari works, but certain older versions do not. Make sure that your site developer at least works with the current versions of Safari which were installed with Catalina and Big Sur. This is not an Apple problem as Apple has no control over the millions of web sites on the internet. The result is the some of your site's visitors who have Safari and who can not access the site can use another browser that does work, such as Firefox or Chrome. I hope this explains what is happening.

I have issues from time to time with Safari properly loading web sites or they display improperly. About all you can do is try another browser. These days many web sites test only with Chromium browsers because that engine is the most popular. It's used in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi etc, you get the picture. Safari uses WebKit engine and really is the only browser that does. I generally keep two or three browsers on my computers just because of this issue. I personally think it has gotten worse in Safari of late but I could not tell you why. If you insist on using Safari you can try clearing history and your cache for Safari to see if that helps.
