How can I access ATLAS without working for an Apple-authorized service facilities?

I would like to receive training to work for Apple store or Apple authorized service facility.

Per Apple, you cannot.

To access ATLAS, you need a GSX account, and having a GSX account requires being a technician at an Apple authorized service provider:
