How to export 200 photographs (stored in Photos 3.0) to a USB drive so I can give to a friend?

How can I export about 200 photographs (stored in Photos 3.0) to a USB drive so I can give to a friend? I don't have iCloud drive and he doesn't have any Mac access. I have the photographs in 5 Albums, with dates, titles, locations, and color corrections already annotated.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Select them (It might be easier to add them to a new album first and then select all in the album)

Go to the file menu and choose export.

Select size and quality options

Click export and choose location to export them to.

Is this a USB hard drive or a flash drive?

Since it's for a Windows computer it should be formatted FAT 32. In that case you'll need to export the 200 photos to a folder on your Desktop and then copy the folder to the flash drive. FAT 32 limits the number of file allowed in the root directory of any volume. A folder (no matter how many files it holds) only counts as one item.

Whether it's a flash or hard drive you want to put all 200 photos loose on the transfer device. Always put them in a folder.
