Apple Music

Hello,

i have Apple Music for a long time. but since 2 days impossible to listen to the music and all my playlist .

can you help me ?

Thanks for getting back with us about this, SB4334. To confirm, are you saying that you no longer have an active subscription for Apple Music? If so, then you can simply renew your subscription here: Subscribe to Apple Music on iPhone.


If there is something else happening, please give us as much detail as possible, including screenshots if needed, so we can better understand the issue. When you say you "had nothing", what exactly do you mean?

We are not able to tell you why your subscription was stopped, SB4334. Typically, that happens when you stop paying for it or request to cancel it, but there is no way for us to know that for sure from Apple Support Communities. Once you resubscribe, you will be able to re-download all of your music and playlists again.
