Simple: Fasting & Meal Tracker is a SCAM

I don't have a subscription showing for this app 'Simple: Fasting & Meal Tracker' nor can I even use the app because I can't update the version I have for my iOS system. There is no website for company, no phone number for customer support and only an email address that is unresponsive but provided throughout the Terms and Conditions at length.

How can I cancel if I don't even it see it in my iphone Settings > view Apple ID > subscriptions? How can I prevent this charge from re-occurring?!?! $40 withdrawn for a bogus service is ridiculous.

If anyone else has experienced this problem, please advise. Thank you 😥

They do have website from the looks of it:

If you aren't seeing a subscription it looks like you could have purchased it (no-re-occouring). However, I see they have both $40 single-charge (one time) and 12 month access. It's rather unclear what the difference is from the product page.

Regardless, since you can't even use the app on your device I would recommend putting in for a refund based on that reason and that will also cancel any future charges through Apple unless you set up some direct payment with them.
