Just turn on your iPhone's Hotspot, and find your iPhone's network inside your PS4 WiFi settings.
On your iPhone, go two:
Settings -> Personal Hotspot, and activate.
The code you need to connect is also in that menu.
If the Personal Hotspot menu is not available, go to:
Settings -> Cellular -> Personal Hotspot
Remember that Hotspot uses your Mobile subscription data, so if you have a limited amount of data per month, keep an eye on the data usage.
