Ipad ghost touch

I’ve been using ny Ipad mini 2 since 2017. Last August 2020, my Ipad screen cracked so, we had to replace it with a new one. Months after using it, I suddenly experienced ghost touch on my Ipad. As the days went by, I couldn’t click some parts of the screen especially the middle and the top part. What do I do?

Was your iPad screen repaired by Apple, an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - or a a third party repair agent? If the iPad was not repaired by Apple or an AASP, Apple will not be able to assist.

Be aware that Apple do not supply OEM components to third-parties - and non OEM parts carry no guarantee of ultimate compatibility with your device.

Either way, you will need to seek assistance from whoever repaired your iPad.
