Subscription

Good day. I am unable to cancel my monthly subscription for an app. I thought it was cancelled earlier in the month but it seems like it wasn't because i was charged for it. Now I am trying to fully cancel the subscription again and I am unable to do so. I CAN NOT afford for them to charge me again because It's not an app I am using everyday. I need the subscription cancelled before they charge me again
