Can you share AirTags with family members?
Can two accounts track the same airtag? Can me and my wife track the same airtag if we are in the same family account?

"...it will never happen. Apple has made AirTags impossible to share for an extremely important reason. Privacy.
If it were possible to share an AirTag, then it would be impossible to stop coercion. Someone in a domestic abuse situation could be made to share access to their AirTag and Apple has therefore prevented this.
Regrettably, the answer to everyone with a good reason to share an AirTag is the same solution that will work for anyone with a bad reason. Buy two AirTags.
True, it's more money, and you can imagine Apple is both glad about that and also figuring that the extra cash is an extra barrier to abusers. But the people arguing that you cannot share an AirTag also seem to unthinkingly assume you can't put two AirTags on an item." Source:

Need to share these within the family! This is a major deal breaker! 75% or the items I want to tag I need to be shared. We swap vehicles, bags, and backpacks all the time. Please correct this issue.

It's not my argument.

You can switch the sharing off for an iPhone so can’t see the problem…. And anyway my cat can’t carry two tags around 😜

My wife and I share both of our vehicles, so it’s annoying to see either of us getting warnings
Problem easily solved if you each have a set of keys for each vehicle.
thats a good loophole if you don’t mind buying more of these. (Which we do) We also don’t need the inconvenience of trying to manage 4 sets of keys. Haha
I agree that you should have the ability to share air tags with family members.

Apple isn't here – we're just users like yourself. Use this form:

I do hope that all of these posts will get Apples attention!
Two tags wouldn’t really help; it’d just mean that you’d both receive a warning from each other’s tags.
This link isn't helpful because Apple hasn't listed this product for feedback yet.
No she did not set it to lost mode. It alerted me same day. I set hers up on my phone and she was alerted same day also.
I guess Apple changed the time-out then. Ok well that's now become even less useful for using it to track a stolen bike.
How does getting the alert earlier less useful?
Apple said that androids would get an alert also. Not sure exactly what their alert would be
