Failed to load services under Family Sharing. What am I doing wrong?

I set up family sharing with my family. I am the organizer. I just added my husband as a parent. Now none of the info is loading on my phone. It loads on my husband's but not mine. When I choose Family Sharing under my apple ID I get the message: "Failed to load services." I also have a Apple Watch Series 3.
