It appears that you have an iPhone that was turned in to be replaced. It should have been sold. At least, this is what the message is eluding to. Of course, there just may be an issue with the serial number, and as Pactricia666 has mentioned, contacting Apple may get this resolved.

Do what the descriptions say. Better if you can contact Apple for that.
