Hi, I recently bought an iPhone 12 pro max in January, and I just saw that a purple one is being released. I was wondering if I could do a trade in and how much it would be? My phone is in perfect condition nothing broken and everything works. Let me know what I can do.
Per the link provided Apple is not accepting trade ins on the 12 series. If you purchased it within the last 14 days you can return it for cash. Do you really want to downgrade from the iPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini just for the color?
You can only get a full refund if you return it within 14 days.
