video keeps freezing

Videos on my Mac Pro 5,1 2012 keep freezing then speeding up automatically, then after about 30sec or so, they start playing again. I have force quite the coreaudiod in Activity Monitor multiple times, however it only works temporarily.

Any help would be appreciated, as I'm at my wits end with this. Seems older Apple software/hardware just keeps getting worse.

I've included the ETReCheck Pro report that hopefully someone can figure out?
