I finished my Marathon used Strava App with 57 minutes exercise and it’s recorded in Fitness app & Health App but I didn’t get the badge.

Apple says it can take up to 9 days to receive the award. Some people have found, in the past, that restarting the watch & paired iPhone have helped speedup the process:
