my phone's screen stays on apple logo and won't turn on.

Hello, unfortunately, my phone was staying with the Apple logo and I found the solution by searching the internet. Connecting the phone to the computer, I chose the "Update" option in iTunes. Unfortunately, the "Error 14" problem came up. Due to this problem the option came up that I need to reset my phone to factory settings. Is there any way I can get the data on my phone? I would be glad if you help me.

Hi there!

Unfortunately, if you do not have a backup of your data on iTunes, Finder, or iCloud, then if your phone is experiencing a boot loop, then you will not be able to retrieve data.

Usually, when a phone is in a continued boot loop, and the restore does not fix it, you have a hardware issue and need to get your phone serviced.

Best of luck!
