As an Apple Music subscriber, you still have the option to purchase downloads for your "permanent" collection, by clicking in the iTunes Store as shown below.
But if that is not what you want, click Apple Music instead.

If it was an unintentional purchase, you can request a refund but his procedure: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
