iPhone 12 Pro photo halo

My new iPhone 12 Pro has a halo effect on images when i shoot outside - I have never seen this on any other iPhone I have had since the first - is this a fault with this new 3 camera model?? Thanks

The issue isn’t present on the wide angle one, nor the selfie one. It started being annoying since it “moved” from the up right corner to almost the center. Purple halo in wide angle Hi all, Recently the wide-angle camera of my iPhone 13 mini has this halo around the frame/image that I see. When I look at the back of the phone - where the lens is - I don't see any scratch or defect. Do you know where it comes from? Is this something Apple can fix? This is so weird because I've been very careful with my phone... it has less than a year old

Top left of the photo just out of shot is the sun.

Without a lens hood any large aperture camera will do that.
