Calls being forwarded
my iPhone 6s Plus does not go to voicemail, instead it goes to my ex’s phone. Why? I have changed my passwords my settings took all phones off that is connected and still is going to my ex instead of my voicemail.

Call forwarding is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier for instructions on how to cancel that.
