Calls being forwarded

my iPhone 6s Plus does not go to voicemail, instead it goes to my ex’s phone. Why? I have changed my passwords my settings took all phones off that is connected and still is going to my ex instead of my voicemail.

Call forwarding is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier for instructions on how to cancel that.

Everytime my husband calls me it goes straight to voicemail All other calls work on both phones. I have tried checking blocked contents, do not disturb, and turning off call forwarding. I have put both phones in airplane mode and taken them off. I have updated both iphone 13’s to the most recent version. we both have different apple ids signed in. I am at a loss. Any ideas?
