I could put mp3 files in iCloud drive but, I couldn’t put them in the folder for ”Shortcuts” app for iOS.
You can sign in here: https://www.icloud.com
Select iCloud Drive. There you can create folders and drag and drop Mp3 files from your PC.
If you use a Mac, then you can use iCloud Drive in Finder.
All file types can basically be added. However, not all file formats can be played directly in the Files app.
Mp3 files can be played without any problems in the Files app.
