Sounds like your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode. We'd be happy to help.


When this occurs, there's likely something blocking the sensor that recognizes when there's headphones plugged in and when there isn't. You can try plugging and unplugging your headphones repeatedly to try to loosen up any debris or lint which may be blocking the sensor. You could also try some canned air if you have any available.


If the issue persists though, you'll need to bring your iPhone into a local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area as outlined at the following link: If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode
